• We will take our staff & client’s temperatures upon arrival. If you currently have flu like symptoms, have been in contact with someone suspected or confirmed with Covid-19 in the past 30 days, PLEASE reschedule.

  • If you have been to any recent mass gatherings and were not able to socially distance, please consider rescheduling.

  • If you are a healthcare worker who works with COVID-19 patients and have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us

  • We will not be offering any blowouts until it’s safer to do so. This means you will need to come to your appointment with clean dry hair and we can use hot tools to finish if you're interested! We will shampoo with color services.

  • We will be suspending some wax & lash services until it is safer to be in close contact. 

  • Please arrive early and wait outside or in you car until your appointment time & a team member will come to get you. It is important you are on time as we do not have the space to socially distance in our waiting area. 

  • A mask is required for any hair service. Please bring one with loops around the ears, not around the head. We will have a limited supply as backup for purchase. 

  • We ask you leave any unnecessary purses and bags in your car. Please only bring what you absolutely need to into the salon.

  • We will give you hand sanitizer upon arrival or you can wash your hands.

  • We will be suspending beverage services up front, so please plan to bring your own. If you need water or coffee, please ask your stylist. 

  • We will not be offering any reading material, so please bring your own! 

  • We kindly ask for you to leave any company at home. We will ask you to reschedule if you bring young children to an appointment, at this time. If your child has an appointment, we may ask you to wait outside during the service.

  • We will not be accepting cash. We are offering contactless credit card transactions only.

  • Our staff is working in three 'pods' to keep exposure to a minimum. They are cleaning extensively before and after shifts, in between clients, and high traffic areas multiple times a day per the EPA disinfectant guidelines & are all Barbicide Certified. Our stylists schedules have changed to allow for at least 7ft. of social distancing in between chairs. 

  • We use HEPA filters and change them regularly in the salon spaces

Please note: Covid-19 is recognized as a worldwide pandemic and is highly contagious. To flatten the curve and keep the virus from spreading from person to person, the CDC recommends avoiding close contact and gathering in groups. Although we are serious about everyone's health and doing everything we can by implementing new sanitation procedures and limiting contact, by entering the salon for an appointment you recognize RPS is not guaranteeing complete protection from contracting the virus. 

You may see a $5-$15 price increase for your color services as we have restructured. This is for many important reasons and we are happy discuss them, so please ask!
